It really just touches on the idea that more agencies could be doing affiliate management and a few steps to move forward. I would argue that some agencies actually handle some very complicated relationships already, and though affiliate marketing may be newer to them, it doesn’t mean they can’t learn.

I’m always taken aback when it seems like people don’t want new people to enter our industry.

There’s no actual strategy in your post regarding recruiting and managing.
